If during airbag crash data reset you have encountered Internet or System problems and you were not able to download cleared dump, always remember you should not press the reset button several times!
First, go to your account section. If the reset is done, you can download cleared dump from file table. If the cleared file is not listed in the table, reset operation is not done. Check internet connection and try later.
Selecting wrong serial number
If you select the wrong serial number while resetting crash data file, will the points be returned to you?
The online system has warned you to re-check the part number before reset process. If for any reason the serial number is chosen incorrectly, contact the support team.
For the first time, half of the reset points will be returned, but for the next time, due to the software nature of the service, the points will not be returned, and you should be very careful in this regard.

Take extra care in this matter because loading the wrong crashed data file, file that doesn’t have correct information, corrupted file, wrong size or in the case of microcontroller, loading the entire flash memory instead of eeprom or data flash part, makes the reset operation incorrect.
